What You’ll Do
  • Act as the E-commerce business leader and serve as a subject matter expert for E-commerce in Asia Pacific across all the Cytiva Products
  • Anticipate external business needs and build ROI/growth strategy that align regional marketing and commercial go-to-market plans, including channel partners, with the global Cytiva E-commerce strategy
  • Work with marketing to impact the direction of how we translate strategy, priorities into concrete outcomes, campaigns, marketing tactics and platform developments using customer profiling, regional analysis, and personalized campaigns
  • Master the complete business process from web visit to invoicing and upselling. Including technical / operational processes (payment, invoicing, shipment, warehousing, buyer journey). Work with functional stakeholders to optimize these processes for E-commerce.
  • Influence & inspire others specially at senior level to adopt to dynamic market conditions. Collaborate with all stakeholders from Marketing, Finance, IT, Logistics, Product Management, and Customer Support to implement well defined ecommerce business processes and drive adoption for every region when required.
  • Shape and deliver the transition to the new Cytiva E-commerce platform
  • Analyze E-commerce business performance and collaborate with regional GM's to define and implement plans to accelerate growth
Who You Are
  • Requires a university degree. MBA with qualification / certification related to analytical & digital skill will be a huge advantage.
  • Requires minimum 12-15 years of proven experience in B2B e-commerce (strategy, usability, payments systems, warehouses, support)
  • Will prefer hands on experience in developing and implementing new products, processes, standards, or operational plans that has direct impact on the Business or functional results
  • Requires strong proficiency in written and spoken English with executive business communication ability with leadership
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools/concepts and best practices such as E-commerce software, e-mail marketing, SEO, online customer journey, etc.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of establishing and managing project plans, adjusting to changing circumstances. Prioritizes and effectively controls key milestones
  • Willingness to travel across regions when required
