This bi-directional integration enables clinicians using the BPAC eReferral system to transmit referrals from within their practice management solution (PMS) to private and public healthcare providers using the Novari referral management solution. These healthcare provider organisations can leverage Novari's customisable workflow features to receive, triage, waitlist, and process patient referrals. The combined use of BPAC's eReferral and Novari's referral management solutions help to reduce wait times, streamline workflows, and ensure that the right patients get to the right providers at the right time with the right clinical information.
