Microbiome Connect is proud to announce the launch of Microbiome Connect: Asia, the premier conference for advancing microbiome therapeutic research and development in the Asia Pacific region. The conference will be held on 17-18 May 2023 in Seoul, Republic of Korea, and will bring together leading experts from the microbiome drug development industries to share the latest research and developments in the field.

The conference will feature keynote presentations from experts at the forefront of microbiome therapeutic development including Jisoo Pae, CEO, Genome & Company; Aaron Cowley, Chief Scientific Officer at Arranta Bio; and Sam Costello, Chief Executive Officer of BiomeBank. Topics of discussion will include Managing manufacturing requirements for LBPs, the path to commercialization of microbiome therapeutics, and the use of microbiome therapeutics to treat diseases such as autism, cancer, and NASH.

Attending Microbiome Connect: Asia will provide biotech leaders and microbiome researchers with an opportunity to learn from the best in the field, network with industry peers and experts, and stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in microbiome research and development. Attendees will also gain insight into how to apply cutting-edge microbiome research in their own work and organizations.

“Building on the success of Microbiome Connect in Europe & USA over the past years and following BiomeBank’s world-first approval for faecal transplants in Australia, I’m incredibly excited to bring together leading minds from biopharma in Asia Pacific at Microbiome Connect: Asia this May.” Said Jessica Thomson, Microbiome Connect Portfolio Director. “We’re dedicated to driving innovation and growth in this industry, and we believe this conference is a pivotal step forward in advancing microbiome R&D across the region. I look forward to two days of stimulating discussion around the latest scientific breakthroughs as we look to define the future of microbiome therapeutics.”
